DMCA & Content Removal

The procedure for reporting content that infringes your copyright, and what happens after you report it.

What we host and what we link to

This directory hosts preview images and links to creator pages; full content lives on the platforms themselves. If an image or a listing here uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a takedown notice as described below and the material will be removed.

What a valid notice must include

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  2. The exact URL on this site where the infringing material appears.
  3. Your name, mailing address, and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Email the notice to support@bigtits.com with the subject line DMCA notice. Notices missing the elements above cannot be processed and will be returned with a note about what is missing.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed within 72 hours. If the claim checks out, the material comes down and stays down, and the listing that hosted it is flagged in case of repeat claims. You get a confirmation email when removal happens.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of someone else's notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous. We follow the timelines set out in Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

Listings that attract repeated valid notices are removed from the directory entirely.
